I have booked my ticket from national travels.in and my PNR No is 1469341. The traveller has cancelled the bus & advised me that I will get full refund. When I contacted the traveler they provide me your email address [protected]@ticketsimply.com and asked me to contact them through e mail for getting balance 50 % refund. For no fault of mine I am being harassed for getting my due money. I booked ticket for morning 4 O'clock bus as I have to catch a flight at 2.50 PM. The day before my journey the traveler told me that the bus is cancelled and I was allotted sit at 6 o'clock bus. As I found it difficult to avail my flight if I come by 6 o'clock Bus, I requested the traveler to cancel my booking and give me refund. They told me to cancel the ticket online & they will give me full refund. But to my astonishment only 50% refund was given to me. When I contacted the traveler they gave me email address [protected]@ticketsimply.com and told me that it will be done manually I am not understanding why I am make to run for my logical money for no fault of mine. Please take up the matter with traveler. I will approach the higher authority if I don't get the refund. Was this information helpful? |
