Very poor treartment

I am travelling to bengaluru to mumbai on 24nov 2023 i noted the cleaner and bus driver both are very ruf treat with every customer like a Dadagiri the bus no NL 01 B 2619 So I suggest please ignore the national travels....

Horrible service. Unclean, found spiders in my compartment, water leakage and worst is, it broke down twice. We are all standing in the middle of no where, hungry and without any rest stop.
No response from the operators as well. Absolutely bad services. NOT recommended at all

    Im travelling from HYDERABAD to BANGALORE (9:30pm - 6:50am)
    There is AC water leak from roof of my seat, i informed the driver and the guy with him couple of time they ignored me completely.
    Its 2:40am now m sitting and spending the night.
    Worst service
    Paying 1500 for sleeper, better i would have spent less and gone in semi sleeper non AC

    I tried taking pics but due to low light, it might not be that clear

      Informed to driver and the person with him twice, they asked me to sit as the person with him was sleepy.
      They dint care. Whole night im sitting and spending now (2:20am)
      Paying so much for tickets for this service ?...

      Bus break down and no proper response from Owner

      I have boarded the National Travels Bus number KA 51, B 3803 at Majestic, Bangalore on 19 August 2022 at 11pm. The bus reached Sira at 4pm and Broke Down. The bus was faulty and Driver and Owner was aware of this still they have boarded 32 Passengers. The Passengers included 7 Female Passengers.
      Neither they are not arranging any alternate transport nor refunding amount.
      We all peasants standing on Highway without any clarification.br...

      I booked my travel through Redbus with National Travels, Omni Bus, Bengaluru for Saturday night 30-Jul-2022, boarding place at Electronic City. Bus schedule provided was 11:50pm. Since, I reached early around 10 pm itself I called National travels[protected] and requested to provide a seat in earlier buses, if available. My request was honored and I was notified that NL01 B 1555 will pick me up by 11:25 pm. Driver's mobile no. [protected]...

      Wrong location details were shared, I had roam around the city for 30kms trying to catch the bus via auto, public busses spending 550 extra amount. They were literally playing with me. By the time I reach their specified location, they say, they left just now come to other stop.

        Hello there, Adventurers!

        What services did the bus provide on May 16, 2012, at 9:25 p.m.?
        The bus left Ashok Nagar at 9.25 p.m. and dropped me off at Koyemedu at 10 p.m., and they informed me that the next bus from Koyemedu to Bangalore would leave at 11.30 p.m.

        This isn't all bad; some of the worst services are available, and I had to drop a letter off at the Red Bus, which took about two hours.

        I'm looking forward to my Koyemedu national travels.
        Will proceed to the next level.

          I’m an ortho patient, once i’ve checked my seat i informed the management about that the cushion is in worst condition and asked to provide an alternative seat or option but management didn’t resolve the problem and even the didn’t bother about it

                        Never ever travel by National Travels. Unhygienic, foul smell, dirty. Starts and reaches the destination very late. Will never recommend any one. Unprofessional.

                          I booked my bus from krishnagiri to chennai today at 11:55am but bus left from krishnagiri before 11:45am. I called the bus operator and he told bus left and told to contact office. Worst ever customer service.

                            Sir i just booked a ticket from pudukkottai to chennai ac bus sleeper four ticket
                            Pnr 2624193 inr 2400 in goodluck travel agent (Pudukkottai bus stand) and i want to change a ticket (13.11.19) to (14.11.19) they cancelled a ticket with no refunds. I want refunds money to cancelling a ticket. Since ten year i travelled your bus. Please consider and refunds my money atleast 80% refund my money.

                              While we are asking to stop for urine not stopped bus and we booked travel from bangalore to velachery (Chennai) service no: 1752 on[protected] at 1:10 pm sleeper bus, they stopped bus into guidy itself and we are asking they using some adult words, really this is very bad service, that clearer and driver wearing headset and they are not listening passenger problems.

                              I never book ticket this travels and i raise ticket with travel complaint team also.

                              I'm travelling from banglore to Mumbai in national travels. The bus is already 4 hrs late and bus conductor and drivers are stopping at places for people for extra seats without giving them bill

                                I booked ticket from bangalore to velachery (Chennai), but bus was stopped in guindy and they said last stop is guidy, passengers asked they said bus problem and they behavior is not good and they used some adult words with passengers, this is worst travel, i never book in this travels hereafter.

                                Finally i would say worst service.

                                I will share this to all the social networks and my friends about this travels.

                                  I have book national travels from one "chennai" to silk board "banglore".

                                  My pick up point was srp tools. I had called the driver 20 mins before my pickup time and waited however he did not respond.

                                  After 1 hour he called me and said to come to malar hospital whish is 5 km away from my stop. I had told my the driver why did he do it to which he says if i want to go to bangalore i have to listen to him.
                                  They block the tickets in ticket booking site to do the habit of increasing the price and then books tickets on the way. They also don't reach the destination on time.
                                  The ticket price is costlier and hygiene is the worst.
                                  The transparency is lacking.

Me and wife were sitting from Bangalore to chennai in Sleeper bus with wet bed and pillows. Requested them to reimburse the fare with minimal charges of travelling. Please find the attached images.                                       I booked from kallidaikurichi to chennai on 20th april 2019 and we onboarded around 7.15pm. Bus stopped us for dinner around 9.30pm. Myself and my wife went for rest room where we found huge crowd. However we managed that. We ordered 1 plate idli and 1 dosa, had it quickly. Once we come out of the hotel, we were searching for national travels at the same place. We realized that bus operators missed us in the hotel. We checked with the nearby bus operator that national travels just now started off they said. I called to the drivers mobile no to stop the bus immediately. We finally get into one travels called kayak, they dropped us on the way to national travels. My question is why they didn't checked it, if they found anyone missing in the bus then they supposed to call the respective. Their responses are not satisfied. I don't prefer the bus national travels to anyone and will not travel in future even at free of cost. They won't have the regular passengers if this continues.                                           Sir i have boarded in your a/c bus in paramakudi at 7:30pm... They’re stopped somewhere at 2:00am. My health got affected due to hungry and bladder infection. Although the stopped point is nearly equal to government bus stopping point. I usually travel in srs every 2months it’s very best point compare to your bus stopping point. I had a very worst experience in national travels and this is my last journey with national travels.
                                          I booked train ticket 16th April ypr to HWH.
                                          Same day I cancelled ticket and don't refund my money

                                            Was travelling from miraj to bangalore. Booked ticket for 2600/- as ac sleeper coach. When boarded bus. Shockingly bus had windows with our knowledge ac bus doesn’t have windows. Driver n cleaner said will on it wen we start. That start never came. Basically we were cheated n people in bus were pissed on it. Reasons were lame.
                                            Such kind of thing shud not be done n not be tolerated. Every penny of individual has a value.
                                            Fake travel. Action shud be taken on this as it’s matter of cheating on tickets (Money)

                                              I have booked national travels through red bus. During the day of the journey the bus was late and got a message about the bus details. But when called to that particular number there was no proper response. Waited for the bus for 3 hours and finally they said the phone was taken by another driver and that driver has another number. He said that he had left my boarding place long back. We with great difficulty at night time reached his bus with the help of other drivers. When my dad went to check about the details of bus, the drunken driver and assistant misbehaved to him.

                                              First the mistake was about giving wrong contact number to the passenger and secondly consuming alcohol and misbehaving to the passenger on board.

                                                Today the demise of karunanidhi, bus operators were not confirmed the bus status. They don't even call inform about bus arrival. I was calling them from yesterday evening and i have the call proof. I booked ticket at 8.40 but bus operators informed me at 8 to destination and talked irrespectively. Pls cancel my ticket right now. If you guys won't able to cancel then you would meet consequences.
                                                I talked to Sathish Kumar S who is the admin of National travels Chennai who did not respond rudely to meet in consumer court. They said they could not refund the amount as bus has arrived already. Where as I called at 8.30 and talked to Gokul one of the bus operators, he said he will cancel and refund the amount. So I want to raise a consumer complaint against National travels Chennai.

                                                  I have booked three seats (Self, wife and two kids) in ac sleeper from pudukottai to chennai through redbus and ticket no is tm8k74951549. The bus no is nl 01b 1017 and driver mobile no s [protected]. The bus started in time from pudukottai but got breakdown in the midway near ulundurpet toll gate.in the bus including us apprx. The passenger count was 36 (The bus was full) and we were standing in road due to bus breakdown. Since the bus is in midway and another 200km to travel we have requested the operator to arrange for the alternative bus but we got informed the bus is not available and asked us to accommodate in the on the way buses to chennai of national travels. Since it was sunday, all the buses were full and forced us the sit in the walk way between the sleeper seats. We dont have other option and finally boarded in one of the national travels bus by sitting in the walkway. It was very painful journey with kids & family and very disappointed with national travels. We need action from the travels so that this should not repeat by the travels.
