National Travels — irresponsible-rude behaviour of driver and conductor

I was travelling from bangalore to mumbai on 10th october 2017, boarding time-10pm kalashipalya. Drop was borivali which was the last stop and the bus was supposed to reach by 3 or maximum 4. Finally only 2 passengers were left (Including me) to get down at borivali. Just when we arrived at nalad i was told by the conductor and driver that i need to get down here as the bus is running too late and need to return back. I had too many luggage so it was difficult for me to get down anywer. So i asked the driver to drop me to borivali so he started saying madam u have so much of luggage. And a 3rd person named “sanjay” started saying take money from her for the luggage. Around 300-400. I had already informed whil booking that i have luggage and i even agreed to pay them as per their charges but then this is not the way to say. And they dropped me in the middle of the highway and went off.. Threw all my luggage and left.. So unprofessional.. National travels please teach tour staff to behave.. Irresponsible.. Always late arrival

I have booked my ticket at 3:00 PM, nope sorry. They have forced me to book ticket from their travels and said bus is ready to leave. These cheaters had made me to wait upto 7:45. One of the worst travels and bloody cheaters. They just want money. They are not behaving like professionals. I hope this travels will be ceased soon!!!
