I booked from kallidaikurichi to chennai on 20th april 2019 and we onboarded around 7.15pm. Bus stopped us for dinner around 9.30pm. Myself and my wife went for rest room where we found huge crowd. However we managed that. We ordered 1 plate idli and 1 dosa, had it quickly. Once we come out of the hotel, we were searching for national travels at the same place. We realized that bus operators missed us in the hotel. We checked with the nearby bus operator that national travels just now started off they said. I called to the drivers mobile no to stop the bus immediately. We finally get into one travels called kayak, they dropped us on the way to national travels. My question is why they didn't checked it, if they found anyone missing in the bus then they supposed to call the respective. Their responses are not satisfied. I don't prefer the bus national travels to anyone and will not travel in future even at free of cost. They won't have the regular passengers if this continues. My e ticket details for your reference.
