I have booked a ticket on 15th september jourbey date 28th sep 2017 from. Bangalore to pune. Sleeper class 6.30pm. I received a call 15th midnight arpund 11 pm saying that bus break down and your ticket has been cancelled for 28th september. Money will get refund in one week mentioned. But it almost 20 days. Still money not yet refunded saying it will get refunded soon. So can i take up the situation. Can i consider that national travels is no1 fraud company n looting the people money unnecessarily.
