I had booked a bus from chennai to bangalore on 30th Jan 2016 at 11.45 PM. I had booked a window seat, as am comfortable only with window seat. Bus came more than 30 mins late to the given time and they gave me a random seat, which is not a window and next to ladies. When I asked for window seat, they yelled at me saying i[censored] want u take this bus, or else cancel it and get full refund online. Is the way you people treat your Customer. They said there was a problem with their bus and in the seat which I booked beside, a lady was sitting. Still they refused to change it. I demand a feedback call on my mobile number and a valid explanation for their irresponsible treatment. They must shut their travels of they don't know how to behave with their customers. I had taken time to book the ticket well ahead jus to ensure I can pick my seat and not someone else just give me a seat. If National travels can't afford a guaranteed seat to a lady, what else they can? Please shut your travels. Staff behavior is not fit to run the travels.
