National Travels — water leakage from ac vent

Hi i have raised the complaint about leakage from AC vent in National Travels AC bus from bangalore to chennai, boarded from electronic city seat number U5 and U6 on 4th night at 10:30. Me and wife were sitting from Bangalore to chennai in Sleeper bus with wet bed and pillows. Requested them to reimburse the fare with minimal charges of travelling. Please find the attached images.
