Nattashi — ordered kurti...received one piece of cloth

Please take strict action against Nattashi as they are a fraud...they are sending wrong products to all the people who have ordered products from them ...I had ordered a Kurthi of rs.499 but instead got a net poor quality orange cloth piece...My order no. is N59858...
please take strict action against them.

I have called Nattashi cutomer care number which i got from internet.

When i called to this number the person promised me to refund my amount .
But he need my credit/debit card number expiry date and 3 digit number .
Then only he can refund the amount.

I asked them to refund to my paytm account they are not ready.

As i knew giving the credit/debit card number is not safe so i didnt.

I told them i am going to complaint then they disconnected the call.
