Nattashi — wrong product being delivered

I have received item of a poor quality saree instead of a salwar suit ordered on 29th july of order number #39198 from the online shopping site nattashi fashion store. I mailed this site to the given mail id [protected]@gmail.com n yet there wasn't any response.If they couldn't have proper policies at all, why should they maintain a site that doesn't work properly. I think it's a fraud site...
I, humbly request you to, take any strong action on them and made a refund.
