I have ordered a kurti of size 5xl and the product delivered is chiffon material piece unstitched which is totally diffrent from my order

Poor product ...wrong product delivered ...
I have also got the waste cloth instead of shirt ordered worth Rs.499/- and their ad oftenly flashes on facebook.Why somebody not taking any action against them. I had also filled the refund form and given my bank details for refund on Nattashi website and had got the sms also that my refund will be initiated within 10 days but still no refund. I had also written to their customer care but they doesn't give any response.

I ordered for a saree worth rs 599, and i received a waste cloth kind of thing and a dupatta . As i saw that there are many complaint against this website . I request to please take any action .I mailed them, its been 2 days but no response from them .
