I went to naturals in kotagiri, Nilgiris, tamil nadu after speaking with the owner Monica Morassa Mohan, she called me up saying to schedule an appointment and drop in, unfortunately I wasn't able to show up on Friday 29/1/2020 but made it on the 30th. I asked them that I am getting it done at a salon in Bangalore for retouch of roots for 3999 so she made me wait for 40 minutes while a staff came in late, she said we can do it at 3500+tax so 4150, then I agreed but strictly told them I need it to be professional if not I'm walking out, but inspite of me telling thatthe end result was pathetic. Hair became wavy and frizzy the same evening.She denied and said because of me asking only for the roots, now I either want a refund or a fix for my hair.I am attaching a screenshot of her pathetic reply.
