I done Hair straightling on last sunday. but i m not happy with the service. Last time i had taken the service in Green trends, really it was wonderfull and professional. Now after straightling done my hair was rough and sticky. It's worst experience.

Did root touch up at natural salon in Anand, Gujarat. Got color bleed, and missed some parts in front. Went to show them after 1st wash.
1st they resisted and showed excuses. After much argument asked me to come again. And it was very disappointing and horrible experience when I went. It was like height of cheapness. The guy colored only where he can see the problem. Even shampoo was done only at front part without touching back hair. He didn't apply color on crown saying it's grey little hair so I won't apply there since it's your growth. Though sick, though having a small kid I had to go again taking my kid with me at this covid times. We try only to go for essential services. I would have reached to them after my 1st hair wash (3 days after color application), but couldn't since they were close for diwali vacation. I have never experienced such a bad and cheap treatment in such a reputed salon. Applying color from last 15yrs(chain salons) and this kind of issues keep on coming on and off and till now every salon has addressed issue promptly and never made us feel so embarassed by providing such a low level cheap kind of service. Request you to look into the matter and revert me back.

On 8th november 2020 i did a layer haircut at naturals salon banashankari BDA.very worst hair cut no professionals.literally i cried for my bad hair cut he did in less than 10 minutes and for 10 minutes hair cut ia had paid 1000 i need refund.i am not satisfied with there service.

The salon in Mayur Vihar is cheating for products and they are in so much hurry and the girl named Anu is behaving so badly.
The wax she has done has crrated horrible reactions on my body and on top of it she is misbehaving like anything

Last year in October I went to Naturals salon located in Thalassery, kannur, Kerala for facial treatment..but the service was very pathetic..I didn't get any result after that facial which was costed 3000 INR..I have complained to the concerned parlour..they agreed to do the facial treatment again but I was out of station so I couldn't do..

Yesterday (31/10/2020) I went for hair smoothening in the same parlour..but after smoothening no major changes I found..crown portion is still look the same as before.. Backside also not much straightened..

Even though their customer interaction good, they are providing very pathetic service.. Not even valuing customers' time and money..

Kindly do the necessary action against this..

Firstly I have been a regular customer of naturals salon in bejai, Mangalore for a almost 3 years now . I have also done smoothening previously in the same salon . Recently I had done smoothening from the same place and within 10 days of doing smoothening, some parts of my hair started becoming wavy (back to my normal hair ).they said they was some 10 percent offer also and which I was cheated for and not got and after spending about 7500 rupees for my smoothening this is the result ?? And when I went to show your salon that the smoothening is gone ..your salon manager and the beautician who did the smoothening just kept on arguing that it is normal ...how can smoothened hair become wavy within 10 days ...is that normal ???they don’t offer me any solution for the same and not even an apology for this irresponsible behavior ...their response was like “ we don’t know what to do, it’s not our mistake “ ...is that how you respond to a regular customer who has come their for all services till date since the past 3 years ...such horrible service by NATURALS BEJAI SALON MANGALORE

I had booked an appointment for bridal makeup with Naturals salon, cantonment road, Cuttack Odisha with a 50%advance payment but unfortunately the date was postponed & the parlor was informed..but now when I went to confirm my date the parlor is closed...all the contact numbers given are out of network..the franchisee owner is not picking up the call. I'm trying to call customer care but no response...I sent an email on the email id mentioned on the website but no response...what should be done?

I have did gromming for the first time in my life for engagement my hair is silky I have asked him to adjust then he said "bhaya I can't do like that ur hair is too silky" I doubted there is really wrong with my hair then he asked me do facial I did for the first he just applied me some creams and made me sleep fr hrs and charged 2650/- it's such I thought facial would be like that people just waste their money and he made me to do Google pay mogent vasu it happend in 27 sept vishakapatnam murilinagar branch

After a week I did gromming in local saloon in Srikakulam he used some steam machine for my face and power shocking machine to my face and and gun machine which clears all dirst around my nose and scrub massage for proper 3 hrs and charged 600 which is worth than doing in ### naturals and adjusted my hair in perfect way

I take service here 1300rs today. 17.10.2020. Bt after that i pay 1532rs with 18%tax. without any 30% detection. Finally told me 1500rs above only offer will available but whatsApp msg show 999rs above service. Fraud group. I am very Dissapointed.

Today 6th october, i have been to rajarajeswari nagar bangalore naturals saloon.
I am going to parlor since 10years, today is my worst experience. First they charge exuberant and service was pathetic. I got done the waxing and the amateur lady used single strap for whole hand. After coming home i got rashes thought will go in few mins and applied alovera. Its been 7-8hours it tdurned reddish d

I have gone to naturals for hair cut and and beard they charged me 370rs which is very unfair i have natural card and student id but they didn’t ask me and they billed me extra .
Overall they charged 50 extra to me and also i am not satisfied with my hair cut which they are not doing what i have told them.Really such a waste taxes provided for me and also rude.not proper equipments were there .

I have visited saloon today and they did not accepted the membership and on top of that they charged rs.100 as covid precaution charges (They just give sanitizer and give a mask which is worth of rs.10). None of the saloons are charging this and also why membership was not accepted. Least bothered about customers. Services not up to the mark. Receptionist was not ready give bill also. Worst service I ever got this kind of service. Am not a frequent user of naturals I got a wonderful service from ur counter part. Unfortunately i visited your Karapakkam branch. The person who is addressing(sitting in bill desk) the clients have worst attitude.

Today i went to naturals gobichettipalayam around 10:00 am for beard trimming. The person assisted me was not wearing mask & glove and sneezing. Not only the person who assisted me no one weared mask or glove. I am wondering why it was not implemented in naturals. I been to coimbatore & bangalore multiple times during this pandemic they wear mask & glove and following the protocol suggested by government.

I got my face cleanup, detan and full leg waxing done today at vellore officers line naturals. The service i got was bad. It was not worth the money. Wax was not properly done with hair patches left at many places and the cleanup was also bad. I’v been going to naturals for almost 12 years now. But this experience i’v never had. Totally disappointed and i paid almost 2250 for this bad service.

Someone named manaswini behura is calling her number is [protected] asking money asking asking for the complete address and telling she is from naturals cuttack.
I know she is fake she can't tell about the services also ur offering.
Please lodge complain against her as she is using ur brand name for money and adress

I have done keratin treatment before a month, and also repair and rescue hair spa twice and but within 40 days my hairs become curly and weaving and too dry and rough, will u make sure this please and am a naturals customer from 2 years

Recently had visited naturals saloon bejai branch, mangalore for a haircut and beard trim and i must say it was a great disappointment cause of the two experiences i had.
Experience: 1
I had called up the natural saloon branch in the morning of 29 june 2020 and fixed an appointment for same-day at1430hrs, after reaching the location i was made to wait for 15 minutes or something.. And after that, they allotted me a person for a haircut. After the service, during the payment when i informed the lady in the reception ashwini about the appointment taken in beginning and still made to wait. She dint even had the basic courtesy to listen to the customer feedback and instead of arguing back that it was just 5 minutes they took to assign a hairdresser, then i realised there is no point speaking to the lady.

During the payment when i told her that i have the membership card and am eligible for the discount, ashwini told me that you cannot avail the discount on the service as they have received the instruction from the head office that no customers can use the membership card.
When i asked whether you have informed the customers about this via mail, phone or at least when the customer is in the saloon. She just was looking at the hair dresser face and told me that it was his job to inform.
I want to know from naturals saloon customer relationship team, is the way you run your operation…. S this how you treat the customers and don’t you have any courtesy to inform the customers about the change in usage of card policy.. Isn’t this just like you took the money from the customers as a membership fee and when the time to avail the discount ypu guys just back off.

1st of the service is very good.

But in terms of bill i am totally upset.

In the bill they have mentioned and charged for underarms quality 2 nd full arms but i did only 1 underarm nd half leg 1.
