Hi im ishrath from chennai Visited naturals saloon in nelson manickam road for a haircut for my son ...horrible experience...they should get staff who actually know how to handle clients and who have actually been trained in hairstyling ...utter waste of having such a huge outlet with no proper staff to provide service...pls get some experts who can actually do a hairstyle r a simple haircut ...r else ur reputation is in major trouble... Oct 21, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Complained was immediately looked into ...got a call from the naturals nelson manickam branch and they rectified the hairstyle to our satisfaction and now my son is happy...thanks to Naturals .
