[Resolved] Naukri.com — account not deactivated

I have tried to sent mail to them 3 times on given mail address and gave a call to their customer support no. also but still there was no resolution. I am just trying to delete my account from naukri.com but there is no support.
Chat support does not work, call services are only for naukri paid services and email support.
They just tell to hide the profile but do not delete our data from their database.

Dear User,

We wish to inform you that you may deactivate your Naukri account by marking your profile as “Not Visible” so that recruiters cannot view your profile and job mailers

are stopped, and if required later for job hunt you may retrieve the profile by marking the same as “Visible as Active”. Please follow the steps mentioned below to mark your profile as “Not Visible”:

1. Login to your naukri account.

2. Click on “Visibility Settings” shown in the left side panel and click on “Not Visible” and then on Save.

3. Now click on “Communication settings” mentioned just below visibility settings.

4. Uncheck all the check boxes and click on Save.

Once your profile is marked “Not Visible” recruiters will not be able to view your profile after 24 hours and if all the mailers are unchecked then job alert from Naukri.com will stop within 15 days.
