I took their Fast Forward service on 11th May 2022 however till date there has been 0 recommendations for the job under the Priority Applicant Category. When checked with their customer service, they mentioned that these services are not applicable for people who are looking out for Executive Level jobs. This is so surprising that while offering services, nowhere it is mentioned about the applicability of services. My profile clearly shows what kind of job am i looking out for still there was no intimation regarding the relevance of this package.

Tried to contact your customer support however all usesless people are there as noone was ready to help and all were just wanted to take out money from customer's pocket by selling your highest package. Also, the email id you mentioned above is not working as the email for bounced back.
