Naukri.com — After cancellation of my profile on naukri.com paid money was not refunded by company

Sir,
Few months ago i received call from naukari.com regarding to the job, i paid online some money for it but due to less aviblity of money i requested to cancelled my profile and give me my money back.
Mr. Rahul sharma who calls me during process give me guarantee about refund of money, but still i didn't receive my money back.
I calls every time but they give me answer that you will receive your money soon but no any kind of call from online team.
Now a days even they didn't answer my call,
I will file case against naukari.com if my money not refunded by company
