Our database access subscription is valid till 30th July.
While our contract is valid till 30th July and the logins are active, we are unable to acees the database since we have finished the data acces limit.
For additional limit which is a paid acees, we are refused by the Account Manager Rahul Kulkarni, stating last 15 days of contarct no additional access is given as per you policy.
What is the point of have the contract valid and not being able to use the database access. The manager even refused to take his senior Arpita Dubey on call to help us resolve this.
Rahul has also refused to share an escalation matrix on email.
This is impacting our business directly.
