I recently purchased Naukri.com's Premium services, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I requested that no changes be made to my profile without my approval, but the team went ahead and modified it without consulting me. As a result, the number of profile views dropped drastically, which contradicts the claims made at the time of sales regarding higher profile visibility.
Moreover, despite the team selecting all the industries for me, my profile views continued to drop, which was not what I was promised. When I tried to contact the customer support team for help, I found it difficult to get through to them, which added to my frustration.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the services provided by Naukri.com's Premium service. If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I may have to consider invoking the grievance redressal procedure or requesting a refund for the services purchased. Was this information helpful? |
