[Resolved] Naukri.com — Email id is obsolete

As I was not able to change my email id from [protected]@rediffmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com online, I chose to opt for your Fast Forward Services and paid Rs. 14, 000/- with an intent that you will help me to change it.

Right from the first call on 6th of January with one Mr. Anuragh Singh, I had categorically informed that I am unable to change my email id online as verification process is not getting completed for no fault of mine. Mr.Anuragh Singh promised me to do it at his end but he NEVER DID IT UNTIL TODAY.

Later one Ms. Rashi was interacting with me about Resume writing and on every call I made it to her that my email id is only [protected]@gmail.com. Although she sent one or 2 emails to Gmail id, all those auto generated emails are still sent only to rediffmail.com

If you can not make the change of email id to Gamil id as the ONLY EMAIL ID for me, then please refund the money of Rs. 14, 000/- at once.

I have chosen Fast Forward services recently and paid Rs. 14, 000/- online with an intent that Naukri.com will help me to change my email id in my Naukri profile from [email protected] to [email protected] Right from the first call with one Mr. Anuragh Singh I have been insisting on changing my email id from rediffmail to Gmail as I am not able to do it online due to verification process. Though Mr. Anuragh Singh promised to do it at his end as early as on 6th of Jan, until today it seems he has not done it. One Ms. Rashi has been in touch with me for resume writing and on every call i insisted on her to send emails only to Gmail to which once she sent it. However still all Auto generated emails are sent to Rediffmail.com only. I am shortly going to abandon or close [email protected] once for all and hence please accept this final warning to change my email id to [email protected] in naukri.com records and my naukri profile and if not, please refund the money of Rs.14, 000/- at once.
