On 21st Sep i had approached Naukri.Com for Resume Writing Services. Mr.Sumit Chand approached me for the same . After giving details for Resume writing Service . He pitched me for Combo package of Jobs4U & Resume Display service & forarded the call to hos Senior Ms. Esha Sharma who explained me in detail about Jobs4U service & convinced me to avail it as it will help me immensely in my job Hunting. According to her In JOBS4U service, one gets Biweekly mails of Job Posting as per candidate's Preference & Functional area. Also Company's inside Job opening will be sent to you etc etc today almost 20 days has passed and i am not receiving Job postings biweekly. Only 1 mail i received initially in which out of 15 only 2 to 3 jobs were related to my Function. Since then i am raising a query to them about not delivering what was promised to me by Naukri Service team but first they gave an excuse of location preference is restricted to Mumbai (which i had made very clear before making payment for service)so no jobs is found which was actually a lame excuse . Also after having exchanging many mails with their service department for the same no resolution is arrived & till date no job posting has been sent to me .Now when i am asking for refund for money because of non delivery of service they are transferring the query to one person to another but no solution. Please see to this case & help me for mental stress & cheating done by Naukri Services
