Naukri.com — in the portal it shows me a recruiter has contacted me via email but i am not receiving any email. i have missed many opportunities

Hello Team,
This is to inform you that, whenever I check my Portal it shows me that an recruiter has contacted me via email, but when I check my personal inbox I don't see any email from the recruiter.
Whereas I get the notification for the new job from the naukri.com
Email id - [protected]@gmail.com
For me this is a major issue.
I have also tried to call on the customer care number but it's of no use. Nobody is responding it.

Requesting you to please look into this issue and solve the same as soon as possible, as I am missing lot of jobs opportunities.
