[Resolved] Naukri.com — incomplete information at time of recruiter subscription | |
I purchased recruiter profile services for inr 10030 on jan 10, 2018. Mr. Dushyant bhatia was in touch with me throughout the process. After i paid for the services the website was not letting me search for the resumes which is included in my subscription when talking to customer care i was informed that i need to create a sub user with a different email id, this makes no sense since i have only one official email id. Then i suggested that in such a case i would like to make the master account with a different email and use the current as master email and he refused and said will take 4 hours to do the same. I did a simple request that my subscription should start once the process is done and he said that it can't be done this makes no sense to me. Was this information helpful? | |
