Naukri.com — irresponsible behaviour and bad service | |||
Hi team This is in regard to naukri.com. I have paid an amount of Rs. 4350 for naukri gulf. The fast forward service executive was very nice during the pre discussion. After i paid the amount they showed the real colors. As i wanted to migrate to Gulf and hurry to get job, they were behaving mute absolutely no response. I paid this amount on 23td Mar and it was active on the system. The Executive behaving and explaining its inactive nd will respond after 10 days. The reason been given is due to financial closing they were busy in work. The percentage i lose for 10days, are they going to refund me. When i questioned them they were not answerable, their incapability is reflected as non approachable of the executives, under trained, ignorance, lack of knowledge, arrogance in talk etc. which is very clear. Im being duped and they responding with an email there is 'possibility of job'. Kindly be aware before paying, pls go through normal procedure of applying job without paying.
