[Resolved] Naukri.com — lethargic attitude and resolution by your chennai team | |||
We have been requesting for additional release of cv and mail access from the monthly release quota. We had some deadlines to be met by 22 aug 2018 evening which was already communicated to naukri's kam mr kabilan who assured that he will take it up with his colleague and do the needful. Unfortunately nothing happened noon of 23rd aug and we missed our timelines. Mr kabilan is unavailable over phone since morning as well their seniors were unresponsive. Finally we ourself checked and found the additional quotas were released and as a courtesy, they never called or emailed on this. Such a poor attitude and approach cost us loosing a good business opportunity. Under this circumstances we fail to understand the support from naukri and its usefulness further. Have already paid registration frees and advance fees but still not getting return my deposit amount of Rs. 11500/after submit all required documents as per mail sent by naukri.com. Com and neither getting any Teaching job.
