[Resolved] Naukri.com — looking for refund | |||||
I am banker by profession and i'm currently working in ahmedabad. This fraud job website naukri.com has taken apx. Rs 6000 for job opening services, the customer executive ms. Ankita ([protected]) from this naukri.com persuaded me to pay this amount for the services which she explained in call discussion. After i paid the money, i got call from some other person from naukari as relationship manager, as he asked other 12000 to pay to go further for the same services. When i refused to pay as ms. Ankita offered the same services in 6000 before and not informed about further process. When i again discussed with ms. Ankita she said we are not responsible to provide further process charges to customer, customer should ask us that is there any further charges for the service or not, its responsibility of customer. I really wanted to have my money back, and also wanted to make other people make alert before going for such kind of paid service from naukari. Do not use any paid service of naukari.com.
