[Resolved] Naukri.com — Mandatory to register fast forward services | |
Hi Naukri,
I felt very bad today when i got a call from [protected], one person called me from customer care, His name was Ishant he asked me to register for fast forward service, When I said no, He started talking to me very rudely and he keep the phone without completing the conversation.
Please let me know is this service is mandatory and if you will not take then Naukri person will talk rudely.
My profile has been with naukri for more than 7-8 Years. I never heard any people talking like this.
Please teach some manners to the people who called and talk to us. If you want the services to be paid then mentioned on naukri portal itself. Make naukri paid sit.
Please take necessary action.

Hi, Naukri, I got a call from [protected] this evening. One Mr. Ashitosh was on the line. He talked to me regarding the fast forward service. He told that to highlight my profile I need to pay 150 USD valid for 6 months and if I'm interested he can hand over the phone to his senior person. As I want to check how things are going he handed over the phone to a lady who said she is the senior person. She told me about the payment procedure and was asking about my ATM Pin number at that instant of time I said send me an email or give me the official number so that I can revert back to her. Then she got angry and the attitude was different. I never expected from this from your service and believes its a fake call. If its not please teach some manners to these guys. Thanks and Regards,
