This is regarding Naukri services which I took from Naukri.com on 25.12.16

I have Rs 10000/- for following services

Resuming writing
Cover letter writing
Resume display & mentioned me as featured candidate
Connection with recruiter

Resume spotlight

JOBS4U

As on date following services have been activated/completed or in process/ incomplete
Resuming writing is completed
Cover letter writing is not yet completed
How can I understand that resume display is activated
and where it is mentioned me as featured candidate?
Connection with recruiter - getting details which are
not related to my profile

Resume spotlight -Gulf not yet activated

JOBS4U not yet activated

I have sent several request on anirudh.[protected]@naukri.com & [protected]@naukri.com
for clarification or activation of services whereas no one either responds or activated my services
