Naukri.com — naukri.com employee behavior

Hi

I had got a call regarding the naukri.com premium services at 2:36pm on 5th oct 2017 from naukri.com employee afnan khan
After discussion i had told him to mail the details & he did.

Then he called me at 6:38pm. We spoke about the mail as i had some doubt regarding the combo offer. Slowly slowly his voice tone picked up & he became sort of aggressive like a pushy salesman & he ended the call abruptly by saying "if you want to delay, then delay it"
Even i work in sales dept in a company but this isn't the right manner to talk to customers irrespective of s/he wants to buy or making an inquiry; in my case i wanted to avail the offer.

And this was the number from which he had made the calls[protected]
If there's an internal call recording process, you can crosscheck my claims.

I've no qualms against your company but such behavior is unacceptable. Hope for a favorable reply
