I am Jyothi Mary. Today I have received call telling job offer in Wipro they asked to me pay Rs.49/- for registration to generate ID creation and in site pay Rs.49/- has been showed. He told me that he is calling from "Naukri". Once transaction done I have received a message that Rs1149/- has been debited from my account, followed by that I have continuously received message that "There was a wrong attempt to answer the security question". He asked me to go to the site to register "Hrnaukripro.com" and pay Rs.49/- on site itself and Rs.1149/- has been debited from account. When I contacted to my bank. They have informed that money has been debited from my account to Merchant "Airtel Payments Bank Limited". Call I received is from Mobile No. +91 [protected]. When I checked this on True caller later on mail Id associated with this mobile No is "gupta.[protected]@gmail.com" Location is showing Delhi, India and the service provider of Mobile is IDEA

Please refrain from taking calls from this agency / person as they might be misusing Naukri’s name and credibility.

We’ve received such complaints from other jobseekers as well in the past and on the basis of our findings we advise you to be wary of such emails and do not volunteer information on:

• Credit card numbers or bank details over phone or email
• Call back phone number
• Monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for job applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related benefits
• Contact details for a guaranteed job or money to process visa for emigration

We advise you to exercise extreme caution before acting on any such fraudulent emails/calls and always check with the actual recruiter before paying for interview, offer letter, etc.
