[Resolved] Naukri.com — naukri priority applicant service | |||||
I enrolled for a naukri.com priority applicant service on 29th august 2017. One day later i get a call from a naukri.com customer service person and she tells me that this service is only for freshers i. E people with 0 experience which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Now i want a refund of the money i paid for this service nad they are refusing saying that they dont have a refund policy but they can adjust the amount for some other service that they can offer me. I dont want to pay any more money to this company as i think its all fraud adjust want my money back. I paid rs. 900 for this service and i want it back. I have attached screen shots of the service they are offering and no where it says it is for freshers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
