[Resolved]  Naukri.com — No job mails and solution from customer care team, only fake promises and manipulations.

I have take the fast forward services and their is no mail and MSG from naukri.com for past 50 days, talked and sent mails more than 100 times. every time they inform sir u need to remove all the filters than only u will get jobs.
" If all filters removed than how they will send relevant jobs"

also every time they saying that "job are not available", i sent them screen shots of their own portal, that jobs are available than why i am not getting job mails. they don't have answer.

every time mail a came with case opened and after that case closed without talking to me or without changing anything.

worst customer support team and worst search engine.

how is it possible that we can search jobs on there portal manually and they are saying by them self that job are not available in the peak month like Nov and December

No refund as still three months are pending of my services.

when i requested to compensate these 40-45 days, they got annoyed and customer care started misbehaving.
