Naukri.com — Non activation of services even after 17 days of payment

Hi!
My resgistered phone number is [protected]. On 15th november, i subscribed for two services by naukri.com, namely resume display service and jobs4u. I had made payment of rs. 4040 on 15th november, 2016 but till date the services have not been started. The executive from naukri.com sent me a confirmation mail regarding assigning a dedicated executive for me who would ask me my preferences about job prospects and would update the same. Also, i was promised that i would receive relevant job offers on every tuesday and friday but till date no communication has been made. On top of it, no one is responding to my mails. It has been 17 days which means more than half a month has passed. I am tired of calling; everytime they would say they are arranging a call back but they never call me back. I have got records of e-mails. This is pathetic.
