Naukri.com — Non Refund of money

Hi, Naukri.com had contacted me for taking their Paid Service at first for which I agreed and forwarded my documents to them. They then came to me that my profile was selected for companies using the word SUCH AS "Parle Agro' in the mail and I had transfered an amount of Rs. 2900/- on 28th April 2015 as asked by them. Whereas telephonically they told me that I was selected for the same. When I asked them give me the confirmation in mail without the words SUCH AS, they denied to give such confirmation on mails. Post which I denied to take the service and asked them to return back the money. Now they are not refunding my money but instead saying they had already refunded. If they had refunded then I should have received it. But I have not received till date. I want action on this.
