Naukri.com — Not refunded money

I got a call from company for getting a job in icici bank as a cashier. The company executive rinku gupta made my new accout in icici bank and asked me to deposit 15500 as a security deposit in my account after the interview again he said to deposit 20000 as a security for laptop and other things in my courier in my own account where the address was the company's account which is in haridwar . This happend in month of november .then he received my courier in haridwar in bye company which includes my atm card and other things and withdrawn money from my bank account using my atm card .when I inform this to company they said they will refund the amount but the company employees are not receiving the calls for reverting the emalis from last 2 months this is going on.
