Naukri.com — Paid advertisement generating zero result

Our company has posted "paid" marketing role in a tier 2 city., kochi, kerala
Which is the largest city in kerala and one f the largest it cities in south india.
The ad is looking for candidates for a very common role like marketing manager or marketing specialist with a requirement of generic marketing skills. The ad is also not free its a paid ad.
We have posted the ad 20 days back and the number of applicants received so far is just one?! We felt this as unusual as we have posted similar ads in the past in the same platform and it has generated good results. But this time its giving poor or absolute zero results. Our ad is not asking for any unusual or rare skills. Its a very generic marketing role. So we feel something wrong happened from the website side. Our ad might not got published or its not getting pushed up which is expected for paid ads.
We have requested the customer care to check about the issue but they keep saying there is no technical issue, but unable to give a valid reason for the non perfomance of the ad. Our complaint is not that its not giving good quality applicants but its not giving any results!!
