Naukri.com — Payment for service was done but service was not delivered

We are Bakertilly Hem LLP a Uganda based Certified Public Accountant firm, we have paid Naukri.com wide invoice number NK/21-22/176727, 500 USD with the below commitment from them but there is completely no service delivery from their side. Our Sales Manager is Amanpreet Kaur and now they are not responding any of our emails. please help us resolve the issue.

Dates mentioned in the invoice are nothing to do with the service delivery, that is for our internal process. The e-Hire shortlisting service is provided to you for 3 months duration for per profile/position once we start the process for particular position.

Further making the payment today or tomorrow, please share any bank acknowledgement, once it’s done, for us to track the payment and proceed with the service delivery.
