Hi, Payment made in full in advance on Sept 29, no service as yet, just a few hours service we received though paid for 3 days. Their sales exceutive Animesh did tell me many time on the call that the service package is for the 3 days against a payment for INR 5748 which i did on Sept 29 and they said from Oct 1 as date set by us, they gave a service for a few hours and around 11:45 PM on Oct 1, they stopped all the service. It's not even 24 hours and we paid for 72 hours. No customer support on Saturdays we were not told too by Animesh the sales guy from them. No official invoice has been issued to us for the payment we have made as Animesh told me that i would get it as soon as i made the payment. Please help, i am very upset with Naukri.com services. Some of the clients of Naukri.com, they make me pay and they guaranteed me that they will full to sure will give me the job but in next procedure, they again ask me to pay and I want my payment back. The date which they ask was on 05 Aug 2016 in the name of Gaurav Kumar.
