I have uploaded my profile pic in naukri.com and it is showing approval pending resulting in profile incompleteness . I have already registered complaint for resume upload . Now profile pic uploading is the new issue. Could you please resolve as soon as possible so that recruiters will come to know that my profile is complete and I am active and desperately looking for opportunities.
