[Resolved] Naukri.com — received wrong product | |||
We are having relationship with naukri for past 3/4 years and continuosly renewing our account, but last month when we purchased the product it was different product with only 5 hot vacancy posting. There was mistake from our side as we overlooked the mail sent by naukri, as we thought we are getting the same product what we used earlier, but it was different product. We requested the relationship manager to change this, but they are not bothered nor they are replying to our series of mail. Atleast provide us some solution to this - but there is no reply to our query/complaint. Hope naukri will look into this with a positive feedback.
