To whomsoever it may concern, My name is tulika ganguly and i am a respectable person in society with a regular job, living in thane, maharashtra. I have been applying for jobs abroad, and was seeking naukri.com’s help for it, along with other sites. I got a call from one of your agents today, saying hat i had applied for jobs abroad. I said yes, and then he explained me a procedure in about 15secinds that was not clear to me and then said you would have to pay 6000 rupees as charges. It was unclear as to what he was trying to say to me so i said, i am not interested and that i have his number and would contact him if i wanted to go further either this. He then started talking to me rudely saying ‘if you weren’t interested, then why did you apply’ ‘go and look at yourself in the mirror and then go apply for all these jobs’ i don’t think this is a good way to talk to customers, or anyone for that matter. I ended up messing up my mood and got angryfor no reason. I shouldn’t be put through all this for nothing because of the lack of manners and training from your agent. I am highly disappointed and want a apology from him or from your company!!! I am not scared of going to the media and talking about this. I do not know his name.
