Naukri.com — Refusal to provide desired service

Dear Sir/Madam, I opted for professional resume writing (text based) and paid Rs.3000/- for the same. Reference customer ID: 140914CS1524937 and TRANSACTION ID: 140914TS1984449. I was immediately called by naukri.com representative Mr.Gautam Kumar Jha and instead of providing me with the service I wanted (text based resume writing for mid level professional) he kept on insisting that I go for visual based resume and dish out an additional Rs.3750/- for the same and that he would not be able to help me with the service that I wanted. In such circumstances, I would like to get my money back as naukri.com hs denying me service that I paid for. A quick action in this regard will be solicited.
