Dear Team,

i availed paid resume writing service on 22nd June 2019 and was assured the team will actively work on the profile building ensuring visual as well as content expertise addition.

Th team working on my profile seems extremely unprofessional. Some of the reasons are as listed below:
1. The content shared in the profile has major grammatical errors. Sentence formation is overlooked
2. The visual design is extremely unappealing and the team shows no interesting in developing a good design
3. The team is least interested in collecting maximum information from me and instead add incorrect details
4. After multiple follow ups from my end through emails or through customer care calls, the team finally responds to me
5. Its been 10 days and the team has managed to share only 3 drafts with me filled with errors, incorrect info, missing info and extremely cluttered designs

I am extremely unhappy with people working on my profile as they dont seem to be much interested. I want to close on the profile creation by tomorrow so that i can proceed with the other services but for that i would need support from your end please.
