[Resolved] Naukri.com — services not delivered and refund not given

I applied for the resume highlighting service on naukri.com for rs. 2100. Soon after, a salesperson ayush kapoor from naukri.com called me up and sold me a number of other services in a package-deal worth rs. 6000. A few days later, someone else from naukri.com called me up and said they can't get me a job because i have a niche profile and a location constraint. All of this was already discussed with the sales person who promised wonders if i paid up the money. When it came to refunding the amount, they said they can only refund 1/6th the amount since that's the only service they can't provide. Naukri.com is earning money by defrauding consumers.

I was in touch wih Ms Palak Mahajan, she has not activated my user subscription, as she says my KYC documents are not approved as i have provided whatever required by company.
