[Resolved] Naukri.com — subscription inactive after payment | |||
Paid rs 8377 for a 7 days resdex usage on 25th jan 2018 with transaction id:[protected]. It is still inactive, even after verification of kyc documents completed successfully. I have made multiple calls, mails and following up daily but i get only standard response of its being looked into by concerned team. No details about this 'team' is also shared. They say we'll call back in 5 mins and then vanish. No refund either Was this information helpful? | |||
