[Resolved] Naukri.com — Subscription not activated after long period | |||||
I have taken the Fast forward service long ago but still my service not activated. I sent my resume long back to asked mail id and whenever call I get informed that I mail id not found or sometime my phone no not found. sometime I excused with lack of information. Now situation is like Naukri ask me to take another service to activate old one with extra Money. I paid instance when Naukri told me and got assured my service will activate after 4 working days. But after 10 days over yet not service activated. I asked for refund money but they said no such policy but also there are no sign to activate the account. what I can do? I already called them more then 15 times but no positive response. Rs 4650 is good amount of money and they are doing it to with lots of people. What is happening with Naukri?? Am I got cheated ? Looks like. Please help me to get refund my money as the service yet not started to count. I can not pay extra money as it is illogical. Looking forward for help.
