[Resolved] Naukri.com — to get refund priority job applicant subscriber naukri | |
First time in my life, i fall in a fraud subscription believing in this no.1 website. ie. none of the service for the valuable money that i paid was not taken care. My status page was dead for one week simply showing active.finally i made a mail.then i get a call.but the voice did not attend my issues regarding the priority applicant service that i subscribed instead start talking about the benefits of other services.then i asked her, what about the present service?.then she replied that your salary, position and other requirements are not suited to get benefits of this subscription. but no where in the service description it is mentioned any such limits or else. so it is a better customer relation to refund the money for such a no.1 website. i do mail till the end ie. CEO level, and i have got a reply that we do not want to loose our valuable customer.(saying that you can loose your money, no problem). Was this information helpful? | |
