[Resolved]  Naukri.com — Unable to access my Recruiter account even after multiple emails

I signed up for a recruiter account and paid the money in full. They offered a free premium job posting as an offer. I posted the job but after a few days my account was suspended since they wanted hiring mandates. Immediately, I send them all the required documents over the next few days. However, they are not responding to email and my account is still suspended even after multiple calls to customer support, numerous emails and follow ups. This is unprofessional and unethical.

I'm unable to attach email screenshots here as proof but ready to provide them in case it is needed to address this issue.
