Naukri.com — Unable to login to naukri website account

I have been automatically enrolled in the Naukri Top Tier program. Unfortunately, this has restricted my ability to log in and use the Naukri website effectively.

I would like to request that my account be reverted back to the original, standard Naukri access (non–Top Tier), so that I can continue using the platform without any issues.

Please confirm once the changes have been made, or let me know if you require any additional details from my side to process this request.

After logging in through email getting below screen as attached in screenshot showing only applicable on mobile. when logging in through mobile + otp, otp itself is not coming.

I am unable to reset my password or perform any other action.
