Please treat this as high emergency and need an immediate activation of our naukri account. This is an absolute unethical deactivation. Please provide us the neccesary documentation which made naukri to deactivate our sercvices. If not we will look if the activation is not happened we will sure escalate to the consumer forum because this is an absoute cheating form our service provider (Naukri) with all the necessary documents and also we will post all the email conversations between abhyudaya hr and naukri and we will expose this to every hr forum about the unethical and fraud services from naukri and also on the humiliation we have been suffering for the past few months. Finally, need an immediate activation of our naukri account for the payment made for rs.1, 05, 000/- with 20000 cv access and this is what we are promised at the time of naukri renewal. Note : nauri will be liable for the payment of all the damages incurred to us because o[censored]nethical deactivation and also naukri will be sole responsible for spoiling our good reputation with our clients and will be absolutely liable for all the damage costs. Kiran, Look nothing has been clarified here (If our escalaltions are resolved then where is the document or email stating that it has been closed and getting acknowledged for the same from our side) and please dont take granted for all by talking one sided. Importantly, you have been doing baseless talks with your bad perception and assumptions with out any proper/clear documentation for the past few months. Could you please share us the documentation (Agreement terms and all) done between naukri and abhyudaya hr on the subscription for one year and on the cv access/logins. You guys have sucessfully failed to show us why our naukri account has been deactivated officially and ethically with appropriate documentation? Please share us the official documentation between naukri and abhyudaya on the subscription and terms/conditions. Could you please explain why our naukri account has been activated again on july 11th? Please be specific in answering this question. Why deactivation done in july and why activation is done again? You know what is the commitment given to us by mr. Raju in the month of july and dont you know that is the reason for our activation again in the month of july? Why there is a change in the raju commitment on our naukri services? Nothing has been agreed in email and we have only confirmed that the next payment will be done on one condition (Talk to karthik and ashish) that if the agreed and commited service will be provided to us at the time of renewal but honestly we have received pathetic and twisted toxic service and nothing has been fullfilled (Refer how many escalation emails from our side and how many you and your team has resolved professionally and genuinely). Dont start over again by talking the same copy paste emails here from you and your team for the past few months Finally, naukri is not legitimately eligible to deactive our services, if our account is not activated we will be looking into the legal remedies and you all (Karthik, ashish, kiran soma, raju, sonam) and naukri will be responsible for all the damage costs incurred to us in terms of our business and reputation with our clients. Sonam, Have you seen the below email's of converstion between us and the naukri represntatives? We have clearly stated in the below email thread that we are completely unhappy with the pathetic and twisted toxic service from mr. Ashish, mr. Karthik. Mr. Kiran soma and mr. Raju, honestly all these four representatives of naukri are standing on one made up story which is subjective and helping one another. So how come you forward our concern to the same ashish again? So i kindly request you to proceed the same to the concerned person who is above mr. Raju (Sr. Vp) or if no one is above than mr. Raju, please forward our concern to appellate authority or nodal authority or grienvance department at an earliest.
