I am Mansi.On 7th march 2022 i got a call regarding naukri.com fast forward services and they asked me to purchase it so that they can forward my resume and the registration fees is ₹512 and they said it was valid for lifetime. I paid the amount but later on I checked on google it seems fake and then i asked them to cancel my membership and i want my money back, they refused to do that. First they said drop a cancellation mail so that we can initiate the process of cancellation and i did. But next day i called them first they blocked me and then some other people started telling me its a non refundable.Please help me i want my money back.
I am here attaching the photo of mail which i was received from them after payment and my cancellation mail.

I took Naukri Fast Forward service on 10th Aug, 2022. I was told that I will get proper relevant job notifications by mail and messages.
But Now only irelevant and useless job notifications I am getting than before.
When called to customer care she said cant reschedule the call with and executive again for discussion.
I am a dotnet Windows application developer having 8+ years of experience and asked for same kind of jobs but he selected ITES/BPO/KPO etc as my job category getting jobs having 6 to 7 years of exp range mostly, can you imagine this?
Seriously these people want to fraud you on your money.
I requested to get my money back but they are refusing to do so.
I am requesting to cancel this horrible and pathetic services and get my money back.
Please help me on this.
I have paid through Netbanking so have the proof as well and will be presented if needed.

Im keshava from Karnataka. I paid April 6th 2020, 1500/- for home based job to Naukri Fast forward Naukri Costumer care people and Fast forward service caller no recuriter in home based specific job role. But on the call Fast forward service caller told will do opportunity to home based jobs. So i satisfied paid the amount. After that got the conformation call and mail. And next day got the mail your mobile number not reachable so your service inactive . Later got the call from naukri CC told no service for home based jobs in Naukri, So i told cancel the fast forward service and refund the amount. Still nothing service i have to call and asking about the refund. customer care number they are saying, but they are not helping me. So i want my money back and they are saying this amount is not refundable. Please help me on this same issue ASAP. I want my money back as I don't have any more patience to wait.
